How posts are counted

One post, one thing written for you.

Tell Townlight what's happening and it writes the post in five versions. That counts as one. A rewrite counts as one. An event campaign is about 6, one for each post it writes, and Autopilot's week is up to five. An ad or a newsletter counts as one each.

Everything else, from editing and brand checks to approving, scheduling, publishing and reading your insights, is free and unlimited.

Run out mid-month? Add 50 more posts for $15 in a couple of clicks, or move up a plan. You always see how many you have left.

What counts as a post?
Every time Townlight writes something for you, that counts as one: a post (with its five versions), a rewrite, each post in a campaign or in Autopilot's week, an ad, a newsletter, or an answer from Ask Townlight. Editing, approving, scheduling, publishing and organizing your photos never count.
What if I run out?
You won't get cut off halfway through a campaign: Townlight checks there are enough posts left before it starts, and always shows how many you have. Add 50 more posts to the current month for $15, or move up a plan. Your posts renew on the first of each month, and unused ones don't carry over.
Do my staff need their own seats?
No. Team members can send in photos and ideas for free, as many as you like. Seats are only for the people who edit, approve and publish.
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing is charged unless you pick a plan. If you don't, writing pauses, and everything you made is still there when you come back.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time on a monthly plan. Yearly plans give you 2 months free and run for twelve. Your posts, photos and business details are always yours to export.
